Synopsis

Maniac stars Elijah Wood (The Lord of the Rings) as Frank, a brutal serial killer with a fetish for scalps. Psychologically damaged from an abusive childhood, he uses the fresh scalps for his mannequin collection. When a friendship develops with a beautiful art student, Frank struggles to overcome his psychotic urges, but his twisted obsession only escalates and his compulsion to stalk and kill is unstoppable.
