Synopsis

Jeanne (Émilie Dequenne) is a young woman living in the suburbs of Paris with her widowed mother Louise (Catherine Deneuve). Her slacker lifestyle is disrupted when she sparks an online courtship with Franck, an aspiring wrestler. When their real-life romance becomes destructive, Jeanne responds by going public with a story of being attacked on the train, casting herself as a mistaken victim of a hate crime.
