Synopsis

A 26 year-old law student, Farid, must go to his parents’ homeland Algeria under his ill father’s instructions, to try and save the family home from demolition. Having no interest in the culture or country, Farid is slowly won over by the many characters, including his swindler cousin. After a riotous night of partying, his cousin steals all his documents, escaping to France. Now Farid is stuck in Algeria, trying to find a way back to France, where his father’s condition has worsened.
