Synopsis

Charm is an irreverent black comedy hosted by Malcolm (Ashley Cahill), a New Yorker who's had enough with gentrification and decides to take matters into his own hands. How? By personally starting a murderous crime wave designed to make the news, drive real estate values down, and thereby bring back the golden days of creativity. The only problem is: nobody is paying attention.
