Synopsis

Vision is the profoundly moving true story of famed 12th-century nun Hildegard von Bingen. Bingen was one of the most important, inspirational and visionary female leaders of the Medieval Age, responsible for ushering European women into the modern era of science and enlightenment. A highly gifted composer, philosopher and scientist, Bingen faced outrage from the church over her claims that she received visions from God.
